CANCELLATION
You may cancel order by yourself under 24 hours. If 24 hours window has passed, please contact us to cancel.
1. You may cancel an order any time before the item is shipped from our warehouse.
You may cancel an order within 48 hours before the item is shipped from our warehouse; once we receive your application, a refund takes up to 7 business days to be credited back to the original payment method. If you do not receive a refund after 7 business days, please directly contact us via support@jellas.com with your order number and payment method, once we received your email, we will get back to you within 24 hours.
2. Within 30 Calendar Days Return
You can’t cancel an order after shipping. But you may return items purchased on jellas.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of your product purchase price or a replacement product. Please note that we won't cover the shipping fees for return after shipping.

Return & Exchange Period: Within 30 Calendar Days
You may return items purchased on jellas.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of your product purchase price or a replacement product. If the 30-day return window has passed, and your product is still under warranty, contact us for warranty service.

1.Only the item that have been purchased directly from www.jellas.com, Jellas cannot accept returns of Jellas branded items purchased from other retailers or re-sellers. (if you bought the item from Amazon or Walmart, please contact its service)
2.The purchased item must be in brand new condition with original packaging and accessories.
3.If the item is not working caused by non-human factors, please email us with a video of the product problem, we will review it and offer solutions as soon as possible once receiving the email.
Exchange -12 Month Free Replacement
We provide the 12 Month Free Replacement for all products purchase from jellas.com.That is to say, when the order delivered to your shipping address date starts for a 12-month free replacement.

How to Return an Item?
1.To return the item to Jellas, Email support@jellas.com requesting an RA (Return Authorization). Please include your Order ID Number and the reason for your return/exchange. All returns require an authorization which is issued only by email.
2.If the item meets our Return & Exchange Policies, we would gave you our shipping address to return back, please ship the item back within 7 days, after receive our refund confirmation email(usually within 24-48 hours).
3.Please email us the tracking number after shipping back.
4.We’ll contact you back after we receiving the item. Your refund will be processed at 3~7 business days.
Note:
Please ensure that the item you're returning or exchanging is repackaged with all the accessories and documentation that were included when you received it.
If you’re exchanging for non-human factors, we’ll send a new item within 7 days.
Return shipping fees
If the item is returned due to non-human factors, the shipping fees needs to be paid advanced by the customer. Please provide the shipping fee invoice of returning, and we will return the product cost and shipping fees to your original payment account;
